Who needs Occupational Health Support?

Any Business that employs staff who are exposed to health risks should be looking after their employees’ welfare and health.

The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HSWA) is the foundational law that sets out the general duties of employers, employees, and the self-employed to ensure health, safety, and welfare at work. Employers must ensure safety “so far as is reasonably practicable,” balancing risk against cost and effort.

Need help implementing an Occupational Health solution?

Health surveillance is a scheme of repeated health checks which are used to identify ill health caused by work. Health and safety law requires health surveillance when your workers remain exposed to health risks even after you have put controls in place. This is because control measures may not always be reliable, despite appropriate checking, training and maintenance. Health risks which require health surveillance include noise, vibration and substances hazardous to health.

We are working with Orchidlive for our Occupational Helath management system. This enables you, as a client, to have full access to the portal. You can be set up to onboard staff and view progression. The system is fully secure and is ISO27001, GDPR compliant, Cyber Essentials certified and is UK-based data centres. This is provided free of charge to all clients.
